Evaluation of high-intensity interval training on MMP-9 and Galectin-3 indices in male judokas of Shushtar City

Interval exercises are used as an effective approach to improving fitness in a short course of time. The effect such on functional and physiological adaptations well inflammatory responses athletes is still unclear. Therefore, the present study aimed investigate high-intensity interval training MMP-9 Galectin-3 indices male judokas Shushtar city. Materials methods: For this purpose, among Shushtar, 12 people were randomly selected (with age range 18-25 years, mean weight 64.5 ± 6.52, body mass index 22.03 2.15) conduct research. Subjects underwent session that included combination judo bodybuilding under supervision instructor by controlling intensity measuring heart rate during training. Blood samples taken from subjects 3 shifts (before camp, after one course, seven sessions) measure levels metalloproteinase matrix-9 glactin-3.
